Sessions 1–4. We clarify your vision. Then expose the loop your brain has been running for years — the desire, the prediction, the defense, the cost.
Sessions 5–8. We build the capacity to handle aligned action, self regulation, and build psychological flexibility to gain bold and courageous momentum.
Sessions 4+. We don't wait to take action. Change starts with exposure. We hit the ground running by forcing concurrent action so as you build the skills, you're also doing the thing. Then it expands.
