FLRSH Immersion · Boone, NC

Four days that move you faster than four months of trying to figure it out alone.

Most men come to the retreat carrying something they've been circling for years — a conversation, a decision, a pattern they can name but can't change. They leave having actually moved it. This is the format we built for that.

Why The Retreat Works

The variable you can't manufacture alone
is immersion.

Most patterns hold because life keeps interrupting the work. The session ends. The week happens. The conversation gets postponed again. Four uninterrupted days breaks that loop. We map the pattern, build the capacity, run the experiment, and integrate the result — in a window short enough that nothing pulls you back to who you were before you arrived.

01 · Compression
Hours, not minutes.

Sessions don't end at the hour. The same architecture as 1:1, but five hours of work instead of one — every day, for four days. The conversation finishes itself.

02 · Witness
Said out loud, in front of men.

Every man maps his pattern in front of the group. Commits to his experiment in front of the group. The room holds you to it in a way no individual session can.

03 · Integration
6 weeks that hold.

We don't deliver insight and let you figure out how to keep it. The 6 weeks after the retreat are structured — group accountability, specific check-ins, real architecture for what happens next.

The 4 Days

What actually happens.

Day 1 · Thursday
Arrive
Set the container.

You arrive late afternoon. Settle in. Dinner together. The container opens with one question around the circle — what you're actually here to work on. By the time you go to bed, you know the four men you're working with and what they're carrying.

Day 2 · Friday
The Mountain
Move the body before the mind.

A full-day excursion in the Blue Ridge. We hike together. We move together. Men open up differently after a hard climb than they do across a table — the body settles, the armor drops, the conversations get honest. By the time we get back to the house, the room is ready for tomorrow.

Day 3 · Saturday
The Workshop
Each man gets the room.

The working day. We map your specific pattern — the desire, the prediction underneath it, the defense it generates, the cost it creates. Each man gets the room. You leave with your Pattern Map and a specific behavioral experiment you've committed to in front of the cohort. Most men say this is the day something cracks open.

Day 4 · Sunday
Integration
Build what holds it.

Morning: integration practice. We name what shifted, what's in motion, what still needs to land. Then we set up the six-week accountability structure with the men in your cohort. By 1pm you're heading home with a specific plan and four men holding you to it. Different drive than the one in.

Q2 2026 · Boone

"I'd been telling myself for two years I needed to leave the company I started. Spent the entire third day running the actual scenario — what I'd say, what I'd be giving up, what I'd be choosing instead. By Sunday I'd written the email. I sent it Tuesday."

"The thing that surprised me wasn't the format. It was that I'd been carrying a story about my marriage for fifteen years and I'd never said it out loud. I said it in that room. My wife and I had the conversation two weeks later. Different marriage now."

V · Operator · Charlotte
Q2 2026 · Boone

"I'm not someone who does retreats. I went because I trusted Adam and the men he attracts. What I left with was a Pattern Map that's still on my desk a year later, and a way of working with my own avoidance that I use every week."

No. The retreat is open to men who haven't worked with me before. The application includes a 30-minute call so we can both decide if it's the right fit. If you're brand new to this kind of work, I may suggest you start with the Pattern Assessment first so we have something to talk about on the call.

Lodging, all meals, all programming, and 90 days of structured group accountability after the retreat ends. The only thing not included is your travel to Boone. Most men fly into Charlotte or Asheville and drive the rest.

Most of the men who come to this retreat are skeptical of group work. The format isn't built around sharing circles or workshop exercises — it's built around each man getting his pattern mapped and his experiment named, in a room of four other serious men. The group isn't the point. It's the instrument that makes the work move faster.

You'll get a personal email from me within 48 hours with logistics, a brief intake form, and a 30-minute call to make sure we're a fit. If we're not, you get a full refund. If we are, your spot is locked and we start preparing.
